The service

Wapefy connects your WhatsApp Business Account to automation tools: an assistant that answers customer messages from your business knowledge, conversation logging, and related features. The service is provided as-is during the early access period.

Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorized to use the WhatsApp Business Account you connect, comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies, and only message people who have consented to hear from your business.

Acceptable use

No spam, no unlawful content, no harassment, and no use that could get your WhatsApp number or our platform restricted by Meta. We may suspend accounts that put the platform at risk.

Tokens and data

Access tokens you provide are used only to operate your connection and are stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta's platform. To the extent permitted by law, Wapefy is not liable for indirect damages or for outages caused by third-party platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
