What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, business name), WhatsApp Business Account identifiers and access tokens you connect, and the WhatsApp conversations routed through your connected number so the service can answer and log them on your behalf.

How we use it

Solely to operate Wapefy for your business: connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, replying to your customers, showing you conversations and metrics, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell personal data or use your conversations to advertise.

How we protect it

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is isolated per business workspace and protected by role-based access. Webhook traffic is verified before processing.

Third parties

Wapefy is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Message delivery is processed by Meta under their terms. We do not share your data with other third parties except as required to operate the service or comply with law.

Your choices

You can disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time, which stops processing immediately. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
